Ponferrada
BV said to have been brought back from Jerusalem prior to 1178 when it was found inside an aged holm-oak and named Na Sra de la Encina del Bosque Sagrado (holm-oak of the sacred wood). Disappeared in 1573 and replaced by a 16 C version.

- Tenemos a la Virgen de la Bastida, virgen preciosa como suelen ser todas estas tallas, pero que además cuenta con una pequeña cripta a sus pies -no visitable- de amplias connotaciones estoericas.
- Sta. María de Melque, pequeña talla ligada a un santuario muy especial, y cercana al Castillo de Montalban, gran encomienda Templaria.
- Monasterio de Monte Sion, cuya virtgen ya no se encuentra en el si no en Sto. Tomé.
- Virgen de la cabeza, esta es blanca, si pero viene como replica o copia de otra negra de Sierra Morena.
